Terms of Service
1. Who we are and how you accept these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and FedM8 LLC, a Maryland limited liability company ("FedM8," "we," "us," or "our"). They cover the FedM8 AI websites and applications at fedm8.com, including the app, Contract Chat, private messages, profiles, the Veteran Directory, Team Up, contract and grant search, and AI features (together, the "Service"). JBNX LLC, a Maryland limited liability company, develops and operates the software as FedM8 LLC's service provider.
How you accept. You accept these Terms in one of two ways:
- when you create an account with your email address, by ticking the box on the sign-up form; or
- on the acceptance screen in the app, by ticking the box and choosing Agree and continue. The app shows this screen when your account has not yet accepted the current Terms: for example, the first time you sign in with Google or LinkedIn, and after a change to these Terms (section 20).
Ticking the box and choosing the button is your electronic signature. You accept these Terms only that way. Signing in, or reading or using the Service, is not acceptance. You must accept the current Terms before you use your account. When you accept, you confirm that you are 18 or older. When FedM8 asks, you also confirm that you have authority to act for your company (section 3). FedM8 keeps a record of each acceptance, and the app gives you a receipt.
What these Terms include. The Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Community & Acceptable Use Rules are part of these Terms. If these Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy differ on refunds or cancellation, the Refund & Cancellation Policy controls. Otherwise, these Terms control. If you and FedM8 sign a separate written agreement, it controls for what it covers.
You acknowledge the Privacy Policy and the How FedM8 uses AI notice. They explain how FedM8 handles information and how its AI features work. They are notices, not part of this agreement.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- Age. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If FedM8 learns that an account holder is under 18, it may close the account.
- Government employees. FedM8 does not open an account for anyone who tells us at sign-up that they work for the federal government. Our public pages stay open to them. An account that is later set to that kind in Account can read FedM8 but cannot list or post. If you work for any government and use FedM8, you are responsible for following your agency's ethics and outside-activity rules, including rules on gifts, use of your official position, and use of nonpublic information. FedM8 does not decide whether your agency allows your use. Do not use FedM8 to share nonpublic government information.
- Your account. Your account is for you alone. Keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Tell us promptly through the support form if someone uses your account without permission.
3. Companies and the people who act for them
You can use FedM8 for yourself or for a business. A business can have a company workspace in FedM8, with an owner, admins, and members, and a Team Up company card, with admins and representatives. Each person uses their own account and accepts these Terms for themselves.
- Authority. If you create a company workspace, invite people to it, accept these Terms for a company, or act for a company in FedM8, you confirm that you have authority to do so for that company. FedM8 may ask you to confirm this, and keeps a record when you do.
- Responsibility. The company is responsible for what its owner, admins, members, and representatives do for it in FedM8. The owner and admins decide who joins the company workspace.
- Seats. A plan you buy is for your own account. FedM8 does not sell seats for a company.
4. Plans, billing, and cancellation
- Free tier. Certain features are available free of charge. We may change what is included in the free tier over time.
- Paid subscriptions. Basic and Pro are billed in advance on a recurring monthly (or, where offered, yearly) basis through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes.
- Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- Changing plans. To move from one paid plan to another, cancel your current plan first (see Cancellation below). It stays active until the end of the period you paid for. When it ends, choose the other plan in the app, under Account, Plan & billing.
- Cancellation. You can cancel anytime in the app: open Account, and under Plan & billing, choose Open billing portal and cancel your plan there. If you cannot reach that page, ask through the support form from your account email and we will cancel for you. Cancelling stops future renewals. It takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep paid features until then. You are not charged again. FedM8 does not give prorated refunds or account credit for the unused part of a period. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy; except as described there or required by law, payments are non-refundable.
- Billing errors. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us through the support form within 60 days of the charge and we will work with you to make it right.
- Price changes. We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply at your next renewal.
- AI credits. For the first 365 days of Pro on your account, Pro includes a monthly allotment of AI credits. It resets at the start of each calendar month (UTC). Unused credits do not roll over and have no cash value. FedM8 may pause the tools that use credits; the plans page shows what is available.
- Veteran offer. Veteran confirmation works only when FedM8 has turned it on. When it is on and VA confirms your veteran status (see the veteran confirmation section of our Privacy Policy), FedM8 gives your account three calendar months of Pro, starting on the day of that confirmation, with no card needed. The offer is given once per account, and not again to the same person (the same first name, last name and birth date) within 24 months of the first one, even on another account. Checking again does not restart it. The free months end on their own and never start a paid subscription, and they do not change a paid subscription you already have. If you choose a paid plan while they run, its billing starts when they end, or right away if they end within two days.
- If you do not accept a new version of these Terms. You do not have to accept it. If you are on a paid plan, you can cancel it instead, without accepting. Your plan then ends at the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. Declining does not give you a refund for that period. Any other refund right in the Refund & Cancellation Policy is not affected. Until you accept, you may use only what section 20 lists.
5. What FedM8 is and is not
FedM8 is an information and productivity tool built on public government data. It helps you find and read contracts and grants, see award history, organize your work, and meet other members. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Government, SAM.gov, Grants.gov, or any federal agency.
- FedM8 does not submit bids, proposals, or applications to any government for you, and does not guarantee contract awards or funding.
- FedM8 is not a party to any team, subcontract, quote, introduction, or payment between members. It is not your employer, partner, fiduciary, agent, or guarantor.
- A match, score, ranking, profile, label, introduction, invitation, recommendation, or review is not a promise about any person or company. It does not promise identity, finances, skill, certification, eligibility, payment, safety, or performance.
- Guides, walkthroughs, lessons, and coaching in the Service are general educational information, not legal, accounting, or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for advice on your situation. Always follow the solicitation and the FAR and agency rules that govern your bid or application.
6. What FedM8's labels mean
FedM8 shows labels on profiles, posts, and cards. Each label is one of three kinds:
- Checked by FedM8. The label shows that a check FedM8 runs passed when it ran. Examples are "UEI verified," "Prime," and "Source checked" (section 7), and a line such as "SAM lists SDVOSB," which comes from public SAM.gov data for a verified UEI. A check can go out of date after it runs.
- Self-reported. The member typed it, such as a certification or set-aside on a profile, or "Veteran (self-reported)." FedM8 does not check it.
- Set by FedM8. Labels such as Founding crew or Staff. Nobody can give themselves one.
No label is an official verification or a decision by SBA, VA, or any other agency.
7. Team Up, agreements between members, and samples
Team Up lets you build a profile for your company (registered in SAM.gov or not) or for yourself as an independent specialist, and put that profile on a notice's list as a prime, a sub or service provider, or an independent specialist. Basic and Pro members can see who is on a list, what they wrote and their profile. Pro members can send you a note, which FedM8 delivers by email, and can invite you to a team. If you turn on auto-add, FedM8 puts your profile on lists that its matching rates as a strong fit, and you can remove it from any list at any time. Members can recommend you, and teammates can review you after a team records its result.
A list, a note, an invite, a recommendation, or a review is not a contract, an offer of employment, or a teaming agreement. FedM8 does not introduce you as your agent, does not negotiate, does not employ, place, or pay anyone, and does not decide anyone's tax or employment classification ("independent specialist" is a label, not a worker classification). FedM8 does not decide whether any company or person is eligible, responsible, registered, certified, or a fit. Some labels come from checks FedM8 runs, such as "Prime" for a team's lead (an active SAM.gov registration, a UEI verified in FedM8, and the set-aside rule check) or "Source checked" on evidence (described below). A label like that shows only that the check passed when FedM8 ran it; it is not an official verification or a decision by SBA or any other agency. Certifications you type show as self-attested. The set-aside rule check on a team's planned split is a check, not legal advice. You are responsible for what you post, for following the limits on subcontracting and other rules that apply to your bid, and for not posting phone numbers, home addresses, or other personal information in notes and reviews. FedM8 may hide a review or pause sending for an account after upheld reports.
Openings, responses, selections, resume and evidence sharing, and quotes are open to members only when FedM8 turns them on. The rules in this paragraph and the next one apply whenever you use them. A team's lead can create an opening for a company, an employee, or an independent specialist to do part of the work on a notice, and members can respond to it. An opening is not an offer of employment or a contract, and a response is not a bid or a proposal to the Government. The team decides whom to talk to and whom to select; FedM8 does not. Being selected, accepting the scope, or confirming that you will take part is not a contract award, a subcontract, or an employment agreement. If your company card has admins or representatives, they can act for the company in FedM8 within their role once they accept, and the card's owner is responsible for what they do there.
Sample nondisclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and letters of intent are forms for you and the other company to take to your own counsel. They are not legal advice. FedM8 is not a party to them, does not sign them, and does not warrant that a sample is fit for your agency, your state, or your deal. You use Team Up and the samples at your own risk. FedM8 is not a party to agreements, quotes, teaming arrangements, subcontracts, bids or payments between members, and does not promise that any member's statements are true or that any member will perform. Claims about these features are subject to the limits in section 16, to the extent the law allows.
Your agreements with other members. Agreements you make with other members are between you and them. You and they are responsible for checking each other, and for scope, price, insurance, licenses, taxes, worker classification, payment, subcontracting limits, and disputes. FedM8 does not review or enforce those agreements.
8. AI features
Some FedM8 features use AI (machine learning models). When they are turned on, they include short summaries of notices and grants; requirement lists read from a notice and its files; first drafts and draft checks; fit scores, rankings, and matches between people, companies, and work; and answers in AI chat. FedM8 can turn AI features on or off. The How FedM8 uses AI notice lists which features use AI and what each score means.
AI helps; you decide. AI output is drafting and research help. It is not legal, financial, accounting, or other professional advice. It is not a decision about eligibility, certification, an award, or funding. You must review it before you use it in a bid, an application, or any business decision.
How AI output can be wrong. It can:
- miss an amendment, an attachment, or a file FedM8 could not read;
- misread a scanned page or a table;
- state something with no source, or cite the wrong source;
- rely on data that is out of date;
- get a date, a deadline, or a time zone wrong;
- leave out a required clause, form, or step; or
- misjudge eligibility, a set-aside, or a cost.
Check the official source. Before you rely on an output, check it against the current official notice, solicitation, or notice of funding opportunity, every amendment, and the agency's instructions. The official source controls. A grant summary is written from the Grants.gov listing, not from every file attached to it.
Scores. A score or percentage in FedM8, such as Fit or Worth pursuing, is a model's estimate of how well a piece of work fits your company, based on the data FedM8 has. It is not a chance of winning an award, and it is not a promise of eligibility.
You are responsible for what you submit. You are responsible for everything you submit, sign, or certify, including representations and certifications, budgets, allowable costs, cost sharing, and duties after an award. Do not use FedM8 to invent qualifications, credentials, past performance, citations, or certifications.
AI does not act for you. AI features in FedM8 cannot sign, accept a team or agreement, certify, submit, or commit funds for you.
What AI features receive. To run an AI feature, FedM8 sends the text that feature needs, such as a notice, your company profile, your resume, or your question, to AI providers. The Privacy Policy and the How FedM8 uses AI notice explain this. Do not put anything into an AI feature that section 10 says not to upload.
9. Government data and other outside sources
The Service displays and analyzes data from public sources, including SAM.gov, Grants.gov, and USAspending.gov. That data is published by third parties and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, and we do not control it. A source can also stop sending data for a time, and FedM8 may then show older information until the problem is fixed. Deadlines, amendments, and alerts in FedM8 can be late or missing. Solicitation documents, deadlines, and requirements on official government systems always control. You are responsible for verifying every date, requirement, and figure against the official source before relying on it.
Third-party services. The Service uses third-party services, such as Stripe for payments and Google and LinkedIn for sign-in, and links to external sites, including official .gov sites. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for them.
10. Community rules and acceptable use
You agree to follow the Community & Acceptable Use Rules. They are part of these Terms and give the details. In short, you must not:
- use the Service in violation of law or the rights of others;
- post prices, rates, or what you will bid in shared rooms, or share nonpublic information about a government buy;
- take part in bid rigging, cover bids, price fixing, dividing up customers or markets, or bribery (talking with your own teaming partners about a joint bid is allowed, and the Rules explain the difference);
- harass, threaten, or dox anyone, unlawfully discriminate against anyone, or impersonate anyone;
- misrepresent your identity, certifications, set-aside eligibility, business status, or past performance;
- upload or paste classified information, controlled unclassified information (CUI) you are not allowed to share, export-controlled data, passwords or other credentials, or Social Security numbers, DD-214s, or medical, tax, or banking records that the task does not need;
- upload content that infringes the rights of others, or upload malicious code;
- scrape, harvest, or bulk-export members' names, profiles, or contact information;
- probe, disrupt, or circumvent security or access controls, rate limits, or plan gates;
- resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as a service bureau without our written consent; or
- use the Service to send spam, scams, or other unsolicited communications.
If you upload something by mistake, remove it if you can, and tell us through the support form.
11. Your content, outputs, and intellectual property
Your content. You retain ownership of the information you submit. You grant FedM8 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, process, and send that information as needed to operate, secure, and support the Service, including through FedM8's service providers, and to show it to the people you choose to share it with. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other members already received, copies that stay in backups until they are overwritten, and records FedM8 keeps as the Privacy Policy explains.
The Veteran Directory. Directory fields you mark visible are shown to other users by design; you can change visibility or remove your listing at any time. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing, including any certification claims.
Contract Chat posts. Posts you write in open rooms (NAICS code rooms, General, Getting certified, First bid, Running the shop, Learning and Grants) may also show, without your name unless you choose to show it, in short previews that people who are not signed in can read on fedm8.com. A post shows there only after it is an hour old and passes our safety check again. Veterans Hall, private messages, and contract and grant conversations are never shown that way. You are responsible for what you post. Do not post prices, rates or what you will bid, nonpublic information about a buy, contact details, or personal records in any room. A label such as Founding crew or Staff is set by FedM8; you cannot claim one.
Outputs. As between you and FedM8, you may use the outputs FedM8 gives you, such as summaries and drafts, for your own purposes, subject to these Terms and the rights of others. FedM8 does not promise that an output is unique, protected by copyright, or free of other people's rights. Other members may get similar outputs.
FedM8's property. The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding government data and your content), is owned by FedM8 or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own use or your business's internal use, in accordance with these Terms. If you send us feedback or ideas, FedM8 may use them without owing you anything.
Copyright and other intellectual property complaints. If you believe content on FedM8 infringes your copyright or other intellectual property, tell us through the support form. Include your name and how to reach you, the work you believe is infringed, where the content is on FedM8, and why you believe it infringes. We review each complaint and may remove or disable the content and tell the member who posted it. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, tell us through the support form and we will look at it again. FedM8 closes, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of members who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
12. Reports and enforcement
Members can report posts, replies, threads, private messages, and Team Up items. FedM8 staff read reports. Some reports hide content at once while FedM8 looks; the Community & Acceptable Use Rules explain which ones.
When FedM8 finds a breach of these Terms or a risk to others, it may take steps in proportion to what happened. Steps include hiding or removing content, pausing sending, limiting features, and suspending or closing an account. FedM8 may keep the content and records it needs to review a report or to meet a legal duty. FedM8 may also contact the authorities when the law requires it or someone's safety is at risk. FedM8 does not promise to find every scam, false claim, or harmful post.
If FedM8 acts on your content or account and you think it got it wrong, tell us through the support form. We will look at it again.
13. Availability
We run the Service continuously and watch the public site, sign-in, and worker health. FedM8 LLC has not published a numeric uptime percentage, and the Service may be slow or unavailable at times. The service status page shows the current public checks, and the SOC 2 practice page explains them. When we can give notice of planned work that takes the Service offline, we post it in the app. We may change, add, or remove features.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account in the app, under Account. If you own a company workspace, ask Support to close or transfer the company first; then you can delete your account.
We may suspend or close your account if you materially breach these Terms, if your use puts other people or the Service at risk, if you repeatedly infringe the rights of others, or if required by law. We may also discontinue the Service. If we do, we will provide reasonable notice and, for discontinued paid features, a prorated refund of prepaid amounts.
What happens to your information when an account closes is described in the Privacy Policy.
15. Disclaimers
TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
In particular, FedM8 does not promise that you or your company are eligible for any contract, grant, set-aside, or certification; that you will win an award or receive funding; that a notice, deadline, amendment, or alert in FedM8 is complete, current, or on time; that an AI output is correct; or that any member is who they say they are or will do what they say. Nothing in this section limits a warranty or right that the law does not allow to be excluded.
16. Limitation of liability
TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, FEDM8 AND THE PROTECTED PARTIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES (INCLUDING LOST BIDS, CONTRACT AWARDS, GRANTS, OR FUNDING, AND THE COST OF PREPARING BIDS, PROPOSALS, OR APPLICATIONS), ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF FEDM8 AND THE PROTECTED PARTIES TOGETHER, FOR ALL CLAIMS TOGETHER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE FIRST EVENT THAT GAVE RISE TO LIABILITY OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
- One limit. The limit is one total for all claims. Related claims count as one claim, and more claims do not raise it.
- Protected parties. "Protected parties" means FedM8's officers, employees, and agents, and its service providers, including JBNX LLC, when they act for FedM8. They share the one limit above with FedM8. It is not a separate limit for each of them.
- What the limits do not cover. These limits do not apply to liability for fraud, gross negligence, or intentional or willful misconduct, or to any other liability that the law does not allow to be limited or excluded.
- Where the law differs. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. These limits apply only as far as the law allows.
17. Disputes with other members
Members deal with each other directly. If you have a dispute with another member, it is between you and that member, and you should first try to settle it with them. You can also report the member to FedM8 (section 12).
To the extent the law allows, you release FedM8 and the protected parties from claims for loss caused only by another member's own acts or statements, such as a false claim in a profile, a failure to pay or perform, or a breach of an agreement between members. This release does not cover FedM8's own acts or failures, including its own negligence, gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct, and it does not cover any claim the law does not allow you to release.
18. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FedM8 and the protected parties from claims that a third party brings against them, and from the resulting damages, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees), to the extent the claim arises from:
- content you post, upload, or share that infringes or violates the rights of others;
- a false statement you make about your identity, your business, your certifications or set-aside status, or your past performance, including in a bid, a listing, or a profile;
- your violation of law; or
- your material breach of these Terms or the Community & Acceptable Use Rules.
You do not have to cover a claim to the extent FedM8 caused it. A complaint from another member about ordinary use of the Service is not, by itself, a claim under this section. FedM8 will tell you about a claim promptly; a delay matters only if it harms your defense. You may control the defense with counsel FedM8 reasonably accepts, and FedM8 will cooperate at your cost. FedM8 may take part with its own counsel at its own cost. You may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault for FedM8 or places a duty on FedM8 without FedM8's written consent, which FedM8 will not unreasonably withhold.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us through the support form and give us 30 days to work toward an informal resolution. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms limits your right to report to or contact any government authority, or rights that applicable law does not allow to be limited. Nothing in these Terms stops you from giving an honest review of FedM8 or of another member, or from reporting misconduct.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. Each version has a number and stays published, unchanged, at its own address on fedm8.com, such as fedm8.com/legal/terms/v1 for version v1.
- Material changes. A change is material when it affects your rights or obligations, fees, liability, how disputes work, or how FedM8 uses or shares data. We tell you about a material change in the app, before or when it takes effect, and we may also email you. A material change applies from the effective date shown with it, never to the past. When it takes effect, the app asks you to accept the new version. You must accept it before you keep using your account.
- Other changes. If a change does not affect anyone's rights or obligations, such as a fixed typo, a new link, or an updated fact, we publish it as a new version and do not ask you to accept it again.
- While you have not accepted. You can still read the legal documents and the public pages, download your data, delete your account, and cancel a paid plan. You can change your alert emails and stop the weekly digest. You can stop sharing your resume or evidence with a team, and remove your Contract Chat posts, your Team Up profile, or your directory listing. You can contact Support or make a privacy request. If you own a company workspace, deleting your account first needs Support to close or transfer the company (section 14). If you do not want to accept, section 4 says what happens to a paid plan.
- Earlier events. A dispute about something that happened before a change is handled under the version in effect when it happened.
Using the Service after a change is not acceptance. You accept a new version only as described in section 1.
21. What continues after your account ends
If your account or these Terms end, these sections keep applying: section 4 (for amounts you owe and refunds), and sections 7, 8, 9, 11, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, and 22.
22. General terms, notices, and contact
- Whole agreement. These Terms, including the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Community & Acceptable Use Rules, are the whole agreement between you and FedM8 about the Service. A separate written agreement signed by you and FedM8 controls for what it covers.
- Severability. If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, that part is limited or removed only as much as needed, and the rest stays in effect.
- No waiver. If FedM8 does not enforce a term right away, it can still enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your account or these Terms without FedM8's written consent. FedM8 may transfer these Terms to a company that takes over the Service, and will tell you if it does.
- Others' rights. These Terms do not give rights to anyone other than you and FedM8, except the protected parties in sections 16 to 18.
- Electronic communications. You agree that FedM8 may give you notices, receipts, and other communications electronically, in the app or by email to the address on your account, and that they meet any rule that they be in writing.
- Notices to FedM8. Send notices to FedM8, including privacy requests, through the support form in the app (Support) or on the support page, or by email to info@fedm8.com. You can also send a notice by mail to FedM8 LLC, 4075 Wilson Blvd, Suite 856, Arlington, VA 22203.
Contact. Questions about these Terms: use our support form, email info@fedm8.com, or call 937-442-8167. Refund and cancellation details: Refund & Cancellation Policy.
